体幹筋トレ注意点
①腹筋ローラーで怪我に繋がる恐れが高いのが肩と腰です。ローラーを前に押し出す際には肩が支点となるから負荷が掛かる。慣れるまでは絶対に一気に前方へ押し出すような事はしてはいけない。トレーニング前には必ず肩や腰、体幹部分のストレッチは行うべきだ。②体幹が未熟な腹筋ローラー初心者は膝コロから始まる！鼻が地面スレスレになるくらいまで腕をピンとまっすぐに伸ばす。そしてそこから肩や腕の力を使わずに「腹筋の力で」体を戻すのだ。これを連続15回できるようになったら立ちコロの練習を始める。
効果的な食事
①最適な摂取カロリー数の目安として、除脂肪体重×40kcalというデータがある。仮に60kgで体脂肪が20%の人の場合、除脂肪体重48kg×40＝1920kcalが適正だ。三大栄養素である炭水化物、脂質、蛋白質の中で筋肉を作る役割を果たすのはたんぱく質だけです。
②たんぱく質の1日の摂取量の目安は、体重×2gと言われています。筋肉量によって基礎代謝が上がり、必要なエネルギーが増えることを考えると、鍛え方の段階によっては×2.5g程度は欲しいところです。60kgの人を例とすると150gが必要です。効果的にたんぱく質を摂取するにはサプリ、特にプロテインを補助食品として摂取するのがおすすめ。
