Return and Exchange

1.Return due to customer cancellation (before shipment).

Within 30 minutes of the order, regardless of the reason, it can be cancelled.

In addition, if the order is more than 30 minutes, please confirm the following conditions.

Conditions:

If it is before the goods are sent, the cancellation will be accepted in principle.

※There are unacceptable situations depending on the situation.

※Cancellation by mail will be accepted during business hours.

Refund amount: 

We will refund the full payment.

 

2.Refund due to the situation of the guests.

A refund will be given if the following conditions are met.

Conditions:

We only deal with goods sent back to our company due to unknown address or long absence.

Refund amount:

  • [Japan Post (parcels, etc.)].

Refund with the amount deducted from freight.

  • [Sagawa Express & Other express delivery].

The amount deducted from the round trip fee will be used for a refund.

The request to send again will not be accepted.

Return freight:

Be borne by the customer.

This situation refers to all cases except initial defects, bad products, etc.

 

3.Exchange dueto the subjective will of the customer.

We do not accept the exchange caused by the guest unilaterally due to subjective reasons.

 

4.Refund due to product quality problems.

A refund will be given if the following conditions are met.

Conditions:

Only goods that have not been opened and contacted by E-mail during the time limit can be corresponded in principle.

Time limit:

The contact is received within one week after the arrival of the goods.

Refund amount:

Full payment for goods.

Return freight: 

Be borne by us.

5.Exchange due to goods problem.

Exchange goods when the following conditions are met.

Conditions:

Only goods that have not been opened and contacted by E-mail during the corresponding period can be corresponded in principle.

Time limit:

The contact is received within one week after the arrival of the goods.

Return freight:

Be borne by us.

Reissue freight:

Be borne by us.

P.S. 

There may be situations where the same goods cannot be arranged and cannot be exchanged.

We will give you a refund at that time.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

1.If there are defects in distribution, defects in defiled goods and bad (initial bad) errors, please contact us within 2 week after the arrival of the goods.

2.We will reply immediately after confirming the exchange of the same goods and the free delivery of defective parts borne by our company.

3.Please open the package as soon as possible after the arrival of the goods and confirm the status of the goods.

4.If you have any questions, please send details (photos) by email.

5.Please understand that there is no refund under the condition that it can be replaced.

6.We do not accept "different from the imagined color", "the size is not suitable", "suddenly become unnecessary" and other items mentioned above due to the subjective wishes of customers except defective products, please understand.

7.Please understand that we do not accept the return or exchange of used goods.

8.We will refund to the customer within 5 working days after confirming the arrival of the returned goods.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

1.Email your request to support@yolerhome.com with your reason for return.

2.Return instructions will be replied once receive your request.

3.Ship your item to designated address and give us the documents related to the return following our return instructions.

4.Once the package is received your return will be completed.
