Laser Pointers

1. How accurate is the power output of your Yolar Laser laser pointer?

   • Yes, we guarantee the output of the product and guarantee that the output will be higher than the indicated output. In the unlikely event that the output is insufficient, we will replace the product free of charge.

2. What is the minimum power required for a laser pointer to be visible?

   • A green laser can be seen clearly in a slightly dark environment if it is 50mW or more. Red lasers are less visible and appear darker than green even with the same output.

3. How much power does it take to light a match?

   • A black match tip requires an output of 100mW or more, a white match tip requires an output of 200mW or more. Focus adjustable match tips can be ignited with as little as 50mW.

4. How far does the laser beam reach?

   • It depends on the environment, but in simple terms, it can reach the clouds. However, it is difficult to see with the naked eye.

5. Why is the brightness of the green laser pointer not stable?

   • The output of 532 nm green lasers tends to be less stable than that of other diode lasers. This is due to the nature of the structure and is not abnormal.

About the battery

1. What kind of battery is suitable for a laser pointer?

   • The recommended batteries are listed in the product information section. Details are also provided in the payment email.

2. Are batteries included?

   • It is included.

3. Can I purchase rechargeable Li-Ion batteries such as 18650 or 16340 for my Yolar Laser?

   • Yes, YOULAR LASER sells rechargeable Li-Ion batteries such as 18650 and 16340. If you need them, you can purchase them from our online store. We will deliver them to you in a safe manner that complies with airmail regulations, so you can purchase with confidence.

4. Is the charger for the laser pointer battery sold separately?

   • It is included.
     

Regarding counterfeit output and products from other stores

1. Other stores sell cheap high power laser pointers, why doesn't Yolar Laser have them?

   • Such high-power laser pointers are highly likely to be counterfeit, so we only sell reliable products.

2. Why are similar products being sold at cheaper prices elsewhere?

   • There are many products that are fake and only have 1/10 or 1/100 of the listed output. Our store offers products with an output guarantee.

3. Can I purchase products sold elsewhere at Yolar Laser?

   • Yes, that is possible. We know the actual output of products from other stores, so we can offer them at a fair price. However, we may not be able to offer products with an output rating of 100mW or less.

Payment

1. Is it possible to order using public funds or invoice payment (deferred payment)?

   • We only accept orders from educational institutions, government agencies, and corporations. Please contact us for details.

2. Can I get a receipt?

   • Yes, we can provide it in PDF format. If you would like it, please let us know when you place your order.

2. Is it illegal to import and use YOULAR LASER laser pointers in Japan?

   • Possession and use of electronic devices is legal in Japan. However, please be considerate of others when using them in public places.

3. I'd like to order a large quantity of your product, can you give me a discount?

   • Yes, that is possible. If the quantity is large, we will give you a gradual discount, so please contact us.

4. I would like to know the structure of a laser pointer. Is it okay to disassemble it?

   • Please be careful as the warranty will not apply if the product is disassembled.

2. What is the lifespan of a laser pointer?

   • Although it depends on how often you use it and how well you store it, it can usually last for several years without any problems. Regular maintenance can extend its lifespan.

3. What should I do if my laser pointer is damaged during shipping?

   • Damage caused during shipping is not covered by the warranty, but please feel free to contact us. In some cases, we may be able to provide a replacement.
