Cancellation, Exchange, and Return
■Cancellation by Customer (Before Product Shipment)
You can cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order, regardless of the reason.
Also, if you wish to cancel more than 30 minutes after placing your order, please check the following conditions.
Conditions
In principle, we accept cancellations before the product is shipped.
*We may not be able to accept your request due to circumstances.
*Cancellations by email will be accepted during business hours.
Refund amount
We will refund the full amount paid.
■Exchange/Return for Initial Defects
We will only accept exchanges/returns for initial defects (hereinafter referred to as exchanges)/returns if you contact us within 30 days of receiving the product and return the product by the specified period.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases.
If the product is different from the one ordered
If the quantity is insufficient
If the product is defective (damaged, dirty, etc.)
■Cases where exchange/return is not possible
Exchange/return by contact from someone other than the purchaser
Products that have been used once, such as consumables.
When activating or registering a product that requires license authentication.
Custom-made products, special-order products, made-to-order products, special size products, products that are part of a set product, limited special price products, and other products that cannot be exchanged or returned at the time of purchase.
Products that we determine to be fine with respect to their content or quality.
Products with personalization.
Products that have been scratched or soiled by the customer.
When the product does not arrive at our company promptly after contacting us, unless there are special circumstances.
When products are purchased on this site for the purpose of resale, resale, or other procurement purposes.
When the return is due to the customer's unilateral convenience.
■Regarding shipping costs for exchanges/returns
We will cover the shipping costs for return shipping and refund fees for new products.
